Digital Goods

All products sold through R6Store are digital goods. Because delivery is tied to account credentials and instant access, all sales are generally final once the order is completed and revealed.

No Replacement Without Proof

Replacement requests will not be approved unless the buyer provides clear full video proof from the moment the credentials are entered through the issue being shown. Edited clips, screenshots, partial recordings, or claims without continuous proof do not qualify.

Pullbacks And Recoveries

Pullbacks, owner recoveries, platform actions, bans, locks, or later access issues caused by the buyer, the original owner, Ubisoft, console platforms, linked services, or third parties are not the responsibility of R6Store unless an administrator explicitly states otherwise.

Buyer Responsibility

The buyer is responsible for following all delivery instructions, securing the account after receipt when applicable, reviewing product notes before purchase, and confirming the product matches their platform and intended use.

Refunds And Disputes

Refunds are issued only at administrator discretion. Filing false disputes, chargebacks, payment reversals, or abuse claims after successful delivery may result in permanent suspension and supporting evidence being retained for dispute defense.

Incorrect Usage

We are not responsible for failed access, loss, or damage caused by incorrect login steps, account linking mistakes, region mismatches, platform misunderstandings, device restrictions, or buyer modifications after delivery.

Fraud And Abuse

Any fraud, reselling abuse, payment abuse, inventory probing, credential harvesting attempts, or interference with store operations may result in account termination, order cancellation, or refusal of future service.

R6Store may update these terms at any time to reflect changes in store policy, fraud controls, fulfillment methods, or platform risk. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version of these terms.
